Welding Services

Liburdi offers welding expertise to a variety of industries on a contract basis. Weld process development using our LASER, PAW, GTAW and GMAW techniques are all available as part of our collaborative facilities approach. Our weld lab engineers work in conjunction with the customer and utilizing our in-house metalurgical lab create weld schedules and the necessary operations procedures for customer hardware. Code related nuclear applications, aerospace repair development, first article pre production welding form the backbone of our contract welding services. We service and repair all Liburdi Pulsweld and Liburdi automated systems in addition to legacy products from Venable, Merrick and Hobart Dabber. Field Services

Training Services

Training is a large part of technology transfer and know how. Education of products in operations, maintenance and servicing can be performed at our locations in Mooresville, NC, USA and Dundas, Ontario, Canada. Training is given in a classroom setting and then taken to actual equipment on our shop floor so trainees experience real world scenarios. Liburdi also offers training to all of our customers throughout the world at the customer's facility.
