Established in 1979, Liburdi Engineering® Limited provides
a diverse range of turbine services, metallurgical analysis,

Liburdi Turbine Services Inc.
Liburdi Turbine Services Inc. offers a wide range of component repairs and engineering services in support of the gas turbine industry for both aero derivative and industrial frame engines through facilities located both in Dundas, Ontario and Davidson, North Carolina.
The company specializes in upgrading and extending the service life of superalloy components - through the use of advanced technologies, such as specialized stripping technology, automated welding systems, rejuvenation heat treatments, high strength LPM™ powder metallurgy process and advanced MCrAlY, TBC and enhanced aluminide coatings for superior oxidation and corrosion protection. Liburdi's innovation and leadership has resulted in authorizations and service support alliances to provide these technologies to many of the major OEMs - Rolls-Royce, Siemens-Westinghouse, GE and Dresser-Rand.
Liburdi Automation Inc.
Liburdi is an industry leader in the development of automated,
vision based welding systems for turbine, aerospace, industrial
and tube mill applications. The company also boasts extensive
metallurgical, engineering, robotics, controls and vision expertise
for new product development and turnkey welding solutions. The
Liburdi line of LAWS® automated welding systems is the industry
standard for welding compressor and turbine blades and vanes,
while the Dabber® automated welding systems are widely used
for seal and rotor applications.
The Pulsweld® line of precision welding power sources are
renowned for accuracy and repeatability, with proven performance
in aerospace, nuclear, medical, automotive, tube mills and research
& development applications. Pulsweld® power sources are
available in both GTAW and PAW configurations and, along with

Liburdi Dimetrics® Corporation
Since 1967, Dimetrics® has been a pioneer in the development
of orbital welding equipment for tube and pipe. Incorporated
into the Liburdi Group of Companies in 1997 and infused with
orbital products acquired from the Hobart Brothers Company Advanced
Welding Group, Liburdi Dimetrics® continues to be a leader
in this field. Offering an extensive range of GMAW, GTAW, and
Hot Wire orbital weld heads and power supplies, Liburdi Dimetrics® excels at the precision welding of tube and pipe, medical devices,
bellows, molds, and automotive components.
In the year 2000, Liburdi Dimetrics® products and technologies
acquired both Merrick Engineering and Weldline Automation
into the Merrick Weldline® product family of industrial
welding equipment. Updated and enhanced versions of Merrick's®
MicroPAW® 20 & 100 micro-plasma welding systems and Automated
Welding Lathe, as well as Seamers, Rotary Positioners, and Turning
Rolls designed by Weldline® are now available under the
Merrick Weldline® label. In addition, custom industrial
welding systems can be designed and built for applications in
fields such as power generation, ship building, medical, electronics,
automotive and aerospace.
